Your Right to Return
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order — no questions asked.

Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or have been washed cannot be accepted.

How to Return
Email us at info@constantine-store.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs
We offer free outbound shipping on all orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
