Shipping Destination

Constantine Newborn Essentials ships to Poland as our primary market. We also ship internationally. All orders are processed and shipped from outside Poland.

Delivery Time

Orders to Poland: 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders: 10 to 21 business days depending on destination. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The cost is displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched including tracking information where available.

Customs and Import

Orders shipped to Poland from outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection. Constantine Newborn Essentials is not responsible for customs delays. Import duties or taxes where applicable are the responsibility of the customer. We always declare the correct value of goods on all customs documentation.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time please contact us at with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. If an order is confirmed lost we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
